XAF pricing applies to groups in Cameroon. International groups pay a flat monthly platform subscription by card — $4.99 for Circle, $14.99 for Community. Mobile Money integration for XAF groups is coming soon via CinetPay.
Who pays the monthly fee?
The group does, not the admin. Xodus Vault shows the fee for the month and the share per member, so the treasurer can add it to the cycle like any other shared group cost. At 50 members, a 3,000 XAF fee is 60 XAF per person — less than a single transfer charge.
The optional convenience amount
Optional convenience amount your group sets (for example to cover Mobile Money cash-out costs) — it stays with your group, never goes to Vault. Many groups already ask members to send a little extra — 10,200 XAF instead of 10,000. Set that once for the group and every member sees the exact total to send, so nobody arrives short.
Common questions
How does the 45-day free trial work?
My Business and the non-profit ledger are free for 45 days, no card needed. Record everything as normal; when the trial ends you pick the price that matches your takings or budget. Nothing is deleted.
Are my books private?
Yes. Business and association books are visible only to the owner and the officers or managers they invite. Each ledger — business, association, group, personal pocket — stays separate, and every change is kept in a history nobody can erase.
Does Xodus Vault hold our money?
No. Vault is a ledger, not a bank or payment processor. Money moves between you, your customers, your members or your treasurer the way it already does — cash, Mobile Money, bank transfer. Vault records every transaction so everyone knows where things stand.
Can I issue receipts and export my books?
Yes. Numbered receipts you can reprint any time, invoices, quotations, pay slips, donation receipts — plus clean Excel and PDF statements for your bank, partners, funders or accountant.
How do I pay the subscription?
Today by card through Stripe, in US dollars; FCFA amounts shown are estimates. Mobile Money payment is coming soon through CinetPay. Cancel any time.
Can diaspora members join a Cameroon group?
Yes. A member in Paris or New York can join a Yaoundé-based XAF group. Their contribution is logged like any other. Vault only bills the platform subscription; it never processes contributions.
